Leads the technical development and business deployment of tools and processes to assist the Surface Solutions Supply Chain Team.  Key initiatives include improved order management and master data management and increased integration and enhanced reporting of demand planning to downstream systems.


  • Share Demand Planner responsibilities; including preparation of content and assisted facilitation of Monthly Demand Review Meetings
  • Support development and S&OP integration of Customer POS, CRM, & macro-economic trend reports
  • Refine demand segmentation and supply chain execution rules (product status codes, customer MOQs, special order management, differentiated lead-times, etc.)
  • Support plant scheduling advancement and advanced tool creation from generated forecast
  • Develop (Anaplan) what-if scenario planning capability
  • Support process automation and reporting development
  • Partner with full Surface Solutions business unit to become a premier building solutions provider


  • Education:  Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business, Finance, or Economics is preferred
  • Experience: Prior work experience in demand planning or supply chain systems implementations is preferred
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Must exemplify our cultural behaviors and mindsets – customer-centricity, interconnectedness, & continuous improvement
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications necessary; experience with supply chain systems (JDE, ToolsGroup SO99, Anaplan) is a plus
    • Must be a self-starter and able to work autonomously
    • Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to collaborate across all-levels of the organization, including routine executive report-outs
    • Strong problem solving and project management skills; ability to strategically prioritize work, facilitate effective decision making, and drive results
    • Knowledgeable of supply chain and demand management theory; able to work with big data to extract insights and actions; able to support tool development and advance automation
    • Position is remote but must be willing to travel up to 15% (to domestic manufacturing and office sites)

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $50,000 to $75,000 + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
