Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Job Location: Bluffton, IN (Hybrid) 



This internal facing position for Private Label works to achieve order readiness through close interactions and follow up with customer service, manufacturing, sales, procurement, and scheduling functions for customer placed order needs for Indiana manufacturing locations.




  • Attain order readiness alignment with customer service

  • Partner with production schedulers and customer service representatives to make any changes to scheduling and/or customer communications for Private Label

  • Follow up with production schedulers to establish customer priority dates

  • Work with logistics scheduling to verify correct scheduling so that customer service can follow up with Private Label customers

  • Trouble shoot and communicate to stakeholders, any material shortages affecting customer order readiness

  • Set up stock transfers

  • Inquire and remedy any commercial, manufacturing or scheduling questions

  • Understand communicate production availability dates

  • Respond to manufacturing questions raised by the customer service team

  • Make sure that correct PO’s are shipping correctly for Indiana manufacturing locations

  • Ensure customer information is correct on the lead label for new and existing SKUs.



Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • One year certificate from a college or technical school preferred

  • 2+ years manufacturing experience, food preferred


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to build and maintain outstanding relationships with stakeholders

  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, and area and volume.

  • Ability to define problems and interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical diagram form and deal with abstract and/or concrete variables

  • Write routine reports and correspondence

  • Organized person with the ability to multi-task


Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
