Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented International Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our international sales efforts, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between various departments and customers worldwide. The International Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end sales process for global accounts, from order placement to delivery. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global business environment.

Qualifications

What You Will Do & Impact:

As an International Sales Coordinator, based in Appleton, Wisconsin and overseeing the territories of Europe and Africa you will:

Order Processing:

  • Receive and process sales orders from around the world accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to confirm product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and customs requirements.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Act as a liaison between the sales team, production, logistics, and clients worldwide to facilitate smooth communication.
  • Respond to inquiries from customers regarding product information, pricing, and order status.
  • Collaborate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to coordinate shipments globally.

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Prepare and review necessary documentation for shipments, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
  • Ensure compliance with trade regulations and customs procedures.
  • Stay updated on changes in shipping laws and regulations worldwide.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients worldwide.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns or issues related to orders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, International Relations, Spanish, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in international sales coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of trade regulations and shipping processes globally.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Proficiency in a second language preferred.
  • Possess a desire to continue to grow professionally through experiences, exposure, and focused training.
  • Must have a positive and enthusiastic attitude, while being self-motivated, with a desire to help the customer.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient computer skills with a high level of comfort in learning new software systems, knowledge of D365, Precision, Microsoft, Outlook, Windows, Word, and Excel preferred.
