Founded in 1965 by Mr. Harry F. Long, Harry F.
Long, Inc. began as a dedicated one-person
Customs brokerage in Chicago, a time when few
brokers served the region. We have grown into a
trusted name in U.S. Customs clearance while
staying true to our founder's vision.
In 1988, we were among the first Chicago brokers to
earn "ABI" certification from U.S. Customs,
showcasing our early adoption of advanced
technology. In 2003, we further solidified our
commitment to security and compliance by
achieving C-TPAT certification.
Today, Harry F. Long, Inc. remains proudly
independently owned and operated. Led by
Matthew Basile, with over 30 years of experience
as Licensed U.S. Customs Broker, we uphold the
same high standards of professionalism, precision,
and personalized service that Mr. Long
championed, ensuring your Customs needs are met
with expertise and care.
