  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex compliance issues.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  7. Experience with export compliance software and tools is preferred.
  8. Knowledge of foreign trade zones and free trade agreements is a plus.
